Economics is everywhere! In this workshop, you’ll see how Broadway musicals can be used to teach students about economics, personal finance, entrepreneurialism, and the Jacksonville economy. You'll also learn about the economics of encarceration with Dr Maureen McCormick, Professor of History at FSCJ and Dr Susan Reilly, Professor of Economics at FSCJ.

We will serve a light dinner, send you home with fantastic resources, and you'll attend a full performance of Les Miserables. There might even be a Q&A session after the show with some of the actors from the Broadway touring cast!
